  • Houstonist Bartender: Salty Dog

Oddly enough, the winter is when our citrus ripens, we find that we get more fruit than we can say grace over each year. So, we pawn it off on friends and juice what we have room to freeze, then we either eat the rest - or make fresh juice. • H-Town Rock

For the weekend of November 19th - 22nd, 2009 The weekend before Thanksgiving is certainly a popular one for events, and this year is no different - Art Crawl, Via Colori, Spacetaker's WHAM, a You[Genious] release party, some art openings and a whole smattering of other happenings are going on this weekend. Houstonist supposes that no one wants to try to fight the holiday weekend. We're not complaining, but it certainly has our concert calendar full.
