To Remember and continue to Raise Awareness is a good thing, less we forget the 2 recent anniversaries [the 4th anniv.for Hurrs.Katrina/Rita and 1st for Ike] when people in Texas, La. and the rest of the Gulf Coast lived in 3rd world conditions. Some affected hurricane residents living as long as a year or more in tents. This writer was 5 months in a tent, no running water, or elec. defending my property with a 12 gauge.
